Vector Trade Capital LLC ("Vector Trade Capital," "we," "us," or "our") operates a transactional SMS messaging program to communicate directly with buyers, importers, and commercial counterparties who have submitted a trade inquiry through our website.
Messages are limited to information directly related to your inquiry. This may include CIF quote confirmations, shipment coordination, document requests, delivery status updates, and responses to questions you have asked our trade desk. This is not a marketing or promotional SMS program.
You may opt in to receive text messages from Vector Trade Capital by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at vectortradecapital.com/#contact and providing a valid mobile phone number. Opting in is entirely optional and is never required to submit an inquiry, receive a quote, or do business with us.
By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number you provided belongs to you and that you are authorized to receive SMS messages at that number.
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive messages only when there is activity on your specific inquiry — for example, when a quote is ready, when additional information is needed, or when shipment milestones require your attention. In most cases this results in no more than a handful of messages per active inquiry. We do not send promotional, recurring, or bulk marketing messages under this program.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to each SMS message sent to or received from Vector Trade Capital, based on your mobile plan. Vector Trade Capital is not responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier. Please check with your carrier for details on your SMS and data plan.
For assistance with the SMS program at any time, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a reply with program information and contact details for our trade desk.

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent from the program. You may also opt out by emailing info@vectortradecapital.com with the subject line "STOP SMS" and the mobile number you wish to remove.
If you wish to rejoin the program after opting out, you may do so by resubmitting the contact form at vectortradecapital.com/#contact with SMS consent checked.
The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional and MVNO carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status are collected and used solely to operate this messaging program and to respond to your trade inquiry. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Vector Trade Capital may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the SMS program after any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
